European Junior Olympiad in Informatics (EJOI) is a significant event, a stepping-stone, in the development of the elite of the IT industry. EJOI follows the rules and standards of the International Olympiad in Informatics.

  • The first EJOI was held in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2017 from the 7th to the 13th of September.
  • The second EJOI was held in Innopolis City, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia in 2018 from 26 July to 1 August.
  • The third EJOI was held in Maribor, Slovenia in 2019 from the 23th to the 28th of August.
  • The fourth EJOI was held in Tbilisi, Georgia in 2020 from the 2th to the 6th of September.
  • The fifth EJOI was held in Ploiesti, Romania in 2021 from the 24th to the 28th of August.
  • The sixth EJOI was held in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2022 from the 19th to the 25th of September.
  • The seventh EJOI was held in Kutaisi, Georgia in 2023 from the 8th to the 14th of September.
  • The eighth EJOI was held in Chisinau, Moldova in 2024 from the 16th to the 22nd of August.
  • The ninth EJOI was held in Shumen, Bulgaria in 2025 from the 29th of August to the 4th of September.
